今天“全球网络共修课”有几个有趣又发人深省的课题，对以媛而言颇有警世作用。世事
会变，ㄧ个人在不同的时空环境和不同际遇下，能抵挡多少诱惑，坚持多少原有的中心思
想和道德底线？这是一个耐人寻味的问题。过去认为绝不可能会做的事情，在太阳盛德导
师描述某些情境后，真的有可能让自己在“权衡轻重”后，做出过去“不可能”做的决定
。此时就突显出是否真正贯通逻辑以及能否守住心志的重要性。如果结果是否定的，很可
能一不小心就破妨了，导致修行“前功尽弃”的遗憾。
导师谈到气质和贵气。以媛过去对于“气质”的体会，是一种吸引人注意且心生愉悦感，
喜欢亲近的特质。导师今天提到贵气，则是一种更高层次的个人素养。蔡礼旭老师在《细
讲弟子规》说，“贵”是受人尊重。贵气更着重于由内而外散发出来的优雅、高尚的气质
，通常与良好的教养、修养和品味有关。导师训勉超码人在通晓天地真理、努力改正习气
后，自然显现气定神闲优雅的举止，有睿智不凡的谈吐，话多话少的拿捏恰到好处，与人
交往互动让人心生敬重，以媛以此为自己的标竿。
导师也以“热点”这个概念形容一个人能够掌握时间、地点恰到好处，可以展现最佳效果
。以媛反省下来发觉有许多公事和超码事，事情虽然做完了却没有得到最好的结果，因为
没有掌握最佳时效，当下没有交出某个文件，事后再补送效果已经大打折扣。能否把握热
点，除了自己有足够的能力和专业，知道如何去做之外；是否有足够的能量和积极的态度
，专注完成一件事情，不因拖延而耽误进度，也是要件之一。
08/17“每日感恩小记”第31轮10日
1. 感恩舅妈在大陆的堂侄托人从青海带来一些当地特产，今天带了其中一份送去给舅
妈。
2. 连续三次搭262公共汽车去重庆南路上共修课，都搭上同一位驾驶的车子。以媛知道他
有阅读《疗愈泉力》也颇认同其中内容，因此商请他协助作法布施，分享几本结缘小册及
歌卡和“身心灵滋养研究”课程DM给最好的同事或亲朋好友，驾驶先生每次都欣然同意，
让以媛非常感动。
3. 感恩在路上分享歌卡及DM时，虽然天气酷热，仍然非常顺利。
