因为平日久坐导致臀部及髋骨部位经常酸麻，在书桌前工作会不时以坐姿和跪姿更换。昨
天在办公室更换坐姿时，椅子突然滑倒翻覆后仰，以媛颈椎受到撞击，被同仁扶起来后感
觉颈部僵硬、两臂麻木。感恩同事Mia替以媛在后颈喷了一些舒缓喷剂，一段时间后稍微
缓解麻感。以媛当下即刻忏悔有什么不周到之处，致使负能量对以媛有所警示，更加注意
自己的起心动念和言行举止。同时也观想太阳公公的金光照射在颈椎、肩膀、手臂部位，
和可能造成的肌肉拉扯或颈椎压力取得平衡；也祈求太阳公公给以媛足够的正能量，稳定
思绪面对老板在下午的各种要求及对工作上的指正，直到下班时都能保持淡定平稳的心情
，显示守心和正能量是相辅相成的。
昨天的经历和今晚的小群共振主题“守心、守口、守能量”非常契合。玫嫣分享了美国
Amy会长对于女儿开车出去回来后车子受到一些损伤的处理方式，由原来可能爆发的指责
，到后来转念以和缓的态度，守口闭嘴，化解可能的冲突，这是“守住能量，守住心”使
境由心转的表现。玫嫣则以自己在学校的例子显示没有守心、守能量的反向结果，警惕大
家秒秒GPS的重要性。也如分享时所说：心是吉凶祸福的制造工厂，秒秒间自我要求，守
住心念不被负面牵引。超码系统的同学们都知道，能守住能量，就能守心和守口；能量守
好了，身口意也会容易守住。能量能否维持正向，仍然决定于心的运作。讲到底，彼此之
间都是因果相依的。
文财非常诚实地反观自照为何在共修课上和课后在家，会有两种不同的心念及行为表现?
文财发觉上课是以心灵上课，下课就用脑袋在上红尘课，用意识的分别心处理生活中的各
种课题，就有“我”的意识参杂，而使事情变得复杂，让生活大小冲突不断。文财也承认
，心若没有完全臣服于天地和导师，没有把心全然交给天地，就无法完全放下恐惧、抱怨
。这是文财的自省，也提醒以媛臣服的重要性。

1. 今天早上练习太极拳时，比平日更认真打“五禽”与“太极三七式”，可能因为全
身气血循环，牵动脊椎拉伸，明显感觉到颈部逐渐舒缓，证明身体可以有方法自我疗愈，
内心感恩。
2. 女婿前些时候升任科长，感恩他今天请家人吃饭。大家为他祝福，同时也补过父亲
节。
