今天经历了一场在立法院的跨部会协调会，可以看到政府机关为了确保“依法行政”，不
知不觉中显现的“门户之见”。以媛经过这样的场合，发觉在超码系统修行这些年，自己
在与会过程的心情转折及应对方式有了不同于以往的沉淀和底气。
与会之前向老板报告，经过面授机宜做了相当的准备及心态上的调整。早上出门前硬是做
完了心法早课，向太阳盛德导师及太阳公公禀告有这场会议，祈请给予智慧去应对。开会
过程各机关与会者在立委办公室主任的主持下一一报告个别立场及目前期待其他部会要做
的事情。每个发言看似有理，但最后似乎没有为要协调的主旨事宜开出一条道路。
以媛后来以当事人身分代表公司感恩有这场立委办公室协调会，劳驾内政部移民署、经济
部能源署及陆委会三个机关多人与会。一方面澄清造成能源署不确知自己是否为大陆人士
来台短期商务活动专案申请的“主管机关”的真正原因，其实也是困扰公司许久的申办地
热电厂行政流程停滞的痛苦。另一方面也强调本次邀请奥地利跨国企业来台参访公司地热
案场及能源科技体验馆，仅仅三天时间，是对方主动要求来台弄清楚台湾拥有的自主技术
如何与对方需求结合，代表我司有足够底气提供创新绿能发电解决方案，也知道如何保护
自己的智慧财产。这番话企图将协调案件单纯化，可以在五天内完成申办，使对方公司其
中一位大陆专家顺利来台，有利于商务洽谈。
最后案外案结果促成了能源署与会科长主动关心我司目前所遇申办行政流程窒碍难行的现
象，提议她亲自提供辅导，协助了解并解决相关问题，可以加速办理拖延近一年的案子。
以媛发觉这样的好的变化是因为不同角度“攻防”后的综合性结果，最大的作用力来自于
感恩心带来的平和态度，把原先胶着的状态松动，才有机会另辟出路。这是超码薰习后的
成果，感觉真好。

，可以使每位求教者毛塞顿开，让人生的难题有解。对以媛而言，每一位所提的事例在以
媛的生活和生命中都或多或少有类似的境考，也让以媛反思自己过去的处理方式和心态，
以及现在会以什么角度去面对可能的境象。这真是一场参悟空的学习呀!
