在尝试练习计时60秒录音一段话时，和以前练习读一段文章，回听声音的体验完全不同。
在有时间的意识下，想在定时完成一个沟通，声音表达、内容顺畅度，及是否容易理解等
等各种因素都受到挑战。若再缩短时间至30秒去表达一段话，就更不简单了。
人往往受到惯性的左右，在某个时间经常做某些非必要的事情，成为无法做好时间管理的
主因。以媛也是深受其害，虽然已经有所克制不要在晚上梳洗之前“稍微休息”时，去看
手机中最爱的“宇宙学”、“三星堆考古”等等视频，光是只看大标题也会花不少时间。
最好的办法就是改变惯性，否则无法省下任何片段时间，让自己得以静心、早睡。60秒时
间感的培养，并且练习在此时间内完成一件事情，不论是完整的起心动念构想，或简单的
言语表达，都可以锻炼当下成事的火候。以媛几经练习，还远远不足。
在进行第二阶段超码修习重新思考时，无论如何调整广传超码的形式，在现有超码、工作
及家庭三个场域时间分配框架下，还是有一定程度的限制，最后一定要挤出时间来读超码
丛书，提早就寝，以及“什么都不做地”静坐静心，内探心灵，这就得精细地做好自主管
理和时间管理，这也是红尘修行的重点之一。

1. 这几天稍有冬季的凉意，吃著热腾腾的早餐，特别感恩宇宙天地和太阳公公赐给地

2. 虽然一拿到《邻家大男孩》就迫不急待地按图索骥，浏览了一遍；今天抽空仔细阅
读书里的字字句句，同时对照导师在各种实体和线上场合的一频一笑、教导或论述。令以
媛由衷感动的是导师成长历程中一以贯之的真善美圣的养成和薰修，才能成就目前得以带
领众人在红尘圣凡双修的道行。很感恩有这样的机缘跟着开悟上师修行。
