昨天的异常生活经历，经过今天的弥补不足，似乎已经回复正常。不同于往日的周二，一
早去到办公室补回昨天未完成的工作，内心有了踏实的感觉。在每日超码功课之外，也在
准备法布施的素材。以媛因此有深刻的感受，就是不要追悔过去的不当，赶快检讨问题根
源，努力改善，不要再制造未来可能的问题，是在生活中修行最起码的态度和实践。
上面的生活际遇和体会虽然是个人内省后修正的心智成长，但主要的启动刺激还是来自于
和“外界”人事物接触互动后产生的种种好坏、是非的二元判断，不是自己独处修行就能
接触到的，这是红尘修行最大的挑战，也是最有效的功夫试炼场。如果要解决矛盾冲突，
就不能固守自己的想法为“是”，别人的就“非”，才不会落入“我执”的陷阱。
“我执”确实会造成红尘各面向的各种问题，展现在悭贪的性格、恶性的行为、瞋罣的习
气、怠惰的因循、散乱的思想、愚痴的认知上。如果没有修行，又如何能调整且止漏培
德?佛家的布施、持戒、忍辱、精进、禅定和般若，是“六度”的方法，慢慢体会和练习
应该可以逐渐进入状况。但在“超级生命密码系统”可以运用太阳盛德导师教导的最简单
方法，假以时日也能获得同样火候。就是忏悔发愿、爱与感恩及太阳心法，真是神奇呀!

1. 感恩先生以最快速方式处理了车子，还将车上的诸多杂物拿回家做了整理。
2. 永丰银行南港分行的柜台小姐协助以媛做了超过十笔状况复杂的汇款，花了近半个
钟头的时间，还是非常耐心，始终保持着笑容，不急不徐、正确无误地作业，显然训练有
素，非常感恩。
