太阳盛德导师提到：“很多人修行到某个程度，很容易进入误区，为了避免因果，而期望
一种“互不相欠”的状态。….为了互不相欠而拒绝别人的好意，的确不会为自己累积因
果，却也失了善缘。这种心理会导致修行偏离方向，因而难以达到修行所追求的圆满。”
这段话语让以媛更加笃定相信“因果和善缘”之间是互不相斥的。平日发自内心，自然地
说好话、做好事去结善缘，不会想要累积什么功德或者得到什么回报，这些心念都过于复
杂。既然自己有这样结好缘的心态，又为何要拒绝别人出于善念的帮助?不管是否主动请
求，当我们接受别人的施予或协助，一有机会就加倍回馈；但我们对别人帮助或给予方便
，根本不放在心上，别人若要回馈返还，只要合理也欣然接受，不矫情，不计较，让大家
都在一种感恩与爱的氛围中，互助合作，相处愉快。即使有“业”，也以善业居多，念头
中不会想到功德，一切简单化。
经由昨天“去我”游戏的洗礼，知道人际交谈中不涉及“你、我”的表达，避免可能引发
的分别心和二元对立，是多么地困难。以媛发觉游戏结束后，大家又依然故我，一段话中
穿插了多少个“你我”，可能根本没有在意了。以媛提醒自己觉察与人交谈时的心态、专
注于自己说话的内容，倾听对方的谈话，抱着“活在当下”的态度，是避免再造恶业的方
法。
