I've heard that deteriorating eyesight can actually be due to diabetes.
Recently, my eyes often feel tired, although it's mainly because I use the
computer for long hours, staring at the screen. But looking at my diet, I
often eat peanut butter toast and red bean, green bean, and barley desserts.
Occasionally, I also eat very sweet fruits bought by my family. I feel this
is another major reason. Starting now, aside from the cup of fresh milk I
drink every morning, I will completely cut out all sugary foods! Aging eyes
are inevitable, and I can't avoid using the computer, so I have to address it
through my diet—cutting out sugar entirely and never eating sweets again, to
avoid damaging my eyesight from consuming sugar and sweets.
