6/1“太阳灵验转运法”第21轮第07天
1. 一早出门途经住家旁边的小公园，感觉特别干净，地上一片落叶都没有，显然已被
清洁人员打扫过。看着整洁的环境和周边绿意盎然的树木，还带着周六早晨的安静氛围，
心生感恩。除了感恩社区清洁人员的努力，也感恩能安心过著“平常”日子，不受天灾人
祸所苦。
2. 感恩太极拳董老师提到他对于“智慧”的体会。学习太极拳的过程中，很容易即可
学会老师所讲述的要领和示范的动作，但需要真正不断练习，体悟每个动作和要领间的细
微关键，悟出意、气、穴、脉间绵延不绝、虚实分明的关系，成为身心灵的自然反射，从
中淬炼出的智慧是“悟道”后的结果，绝非“学会”即能得到。
3. 应先生“要求”做了他爱吃的各种切丝食材小炒的家常菜，加上事后清理厨房，忙
和了两三个钟头，做出可以吃上好多餐的食物。虽然颇耗体力，还是心怀感恩，亲情就在
平淡的生活中维系，长长久久。
