许久没有抽牌卡，今天共抽了10张，分别针对心中所想的主题给出了因应的建议，各个都
切中要害，非常受用，也很感恩透过抽牌卡，对应到生活现况和需要改善之处。
这些建议也给以媛一个当头棒喝，发觉自己在止漏的修行上仍然不足，也的确有习气重复
再犯的现象，必须要细修改正“疏忽习气”时的检视动作。基本潜修步骤一二三的心法虽
然每天在做，应该加以落实行为，才能确保可以实现发愿内容。
还要调整感恩的做法，需要更加细腻到位，界定出感受到价值的真正原点，才能升起确切
的感恩之情，不会流于形式，虚应故事。值得注意的是，对于日常生活中的某些不顺的境
象，并未在当下升起感恩之心，感恩逆境的增上助缘。
牌卡也提醒要随时祝福自己，并给了以媛“邀你幸福”的祝福。提醒尽快推动正确价值观
，挽救地球环境和善良人心。在做清调补循环时，以补“心”为主，着重培德，厚植德资
粮才能进入善性循环。

1. 早上开车去中坜，沿途看着各种深淡远近的绿色，闻到清新的树木草地发出的自然
香气，感觉到久违的悠闲，非常感恩。
2. 与外甥在中坜“原烧”碰面，了解近况。餐厅还是孙外甥代订的呢!孩子长大了，
知道赚钱不容易，习劳知感恩。知道外甥近年来在工作上的心路历程，始终维持一定程度
的正能量，是一件不简单的事，非常感恩有天地的照看。
