每天的生活似乎就在经历能量流穿梭于红尘俗事中度过。以媛的经验是当正能量充沛时，
很明显感受到情绪稳定，可以包容旁人的抱怨、周遭的噪音或别人的失误。身心灵的平衡
聚合真的是三者互动下的结果。平时多半感觉到意念会影响心情，造成能量的上下起伏。
其实身体疲劳时，没有适时休息补充元气，还在继续耗用，当天的耐心就会减少，因为正
能量已经不足以因应不断袭来的人事物，而变得烦躁。如果因此而说错话或做出错误的决
定，很可能造成后面连环的败笔。
今天中午结束太极拳的练习后，又在板桥车站附近发结缘书，回到家已经下午两点，饭后
稍微小睡却不能解除身体的疲乏感，随即赶往大姑家做晚饭，一直觉得身体酸痛疲累。此
时想到了太阳盛德导师提醒的“抽离”。当觉知自己正能量下降，尚未调拨足够能量前，
尽量让自己静心片刻或远离现场独处，去调整呼吸，整理思绪，放掉杂念。当独自一人离
开大姑家，将所有“噪音”关在门后，来到社区庭院接触到新鲜空气，顿时感到轻松，大
大呼吸了好几口带着花香的空气，再度感到幸福。
此时特别对身体感恩，因为有它的承载，让以媛得以做超码事、读书、工作、和家人相处
。过去因为过度使用而造成一些器官功能下降，再也不能支撑长时间耗用。以媛告诉自己
即使有坚强的意志和信念，愿意尽快完成工作或交办任务，若身体发出休兵信号，就以身
体优先，暂停手边工作。毕竟留得青山在，不怕没柴烧。
