今天虽然是出国的日子，仍然卯足劲完成所有设定的功课和事情。生而为人在红尘中有各
种角色需要尽义务，别人对你也有期望，在力所能及时给予协助也是应该的。因为这样按
部就班完成一天满档的活动，现在坐在候机室写心得，内心觉得心安理得。想起太阳盛德
导师说的话：每天耗用天地赐予的这么多食物和资源，不能做些利益别人的事情实在对不
起天地。不论大小，如果能够事事面对，甘之如饴，处理，放下，尽人事，听天命，就无
所谓命运好坏，过程中都在厚植累积自己的福田而已。
听了姐姐传来的Amy和Ryan个别分享的过去参加“身心灵滋养班”的经验，非常期待
3/23-24的演唱会和“身心灵滋养研究”课程能做第一次的灵魂排毒，在导师的引导下有
机会和灵魂对话，从而找出深埋内存的一些杂质，可以做相应的净化就太好了。无论如
何就是打开心，全然遵从导师引导，全心体验每一个当下吧。
过去一直在对治僵固的习气，用尽心思去调伏革除。这几天特别感知“执念”的作用力，
比习气更具破坏性。因为有这样的觉知，在听到“谁”的歌曲时，竟然潸然泪下，和歌词
非常相应，深受感动。以媛的体悟是习气多半“仅”会影响个人生活的品质和效率，“我
执”却会深度左右与别人互动时的态度和言行，常常是“造恶业”的原因。究竟自己有哪
些执念盲点?仍然需要一层层深入和灵魂对话，这或许也是“身心灵滋养研究”课程的部
分内容吧?

1. 感恩女儿一家很配合，今天很早就到大姑家帮忙料理晚餐，可以早一点吃饭让以媛
去机场。
2. 感恩表妹因为配合以媛要在中午早一点离开舅妈家，准备了早午餐，可以成就难得
的亲戚相见欢。从未见过面的舅妈姪女从纽约回来探亲，表妹刚从杜拜返台，都在今天大
家见个面，也安慰了老人的心。
