春节连假的第一天就在滴答中过完了，回想一天做过的事情都是所谓的家事，因为有过年
的督促，将平日不会清扫到的角落翻开来彻底整顿，丢了不少当时不能割舍，但已经几年
没动过的东西，最终还是放掉。角落净空后，心情也似乎轻松许多。
看到一则短文提到“调和”的概念，例如人际调和等，看来简单，实则做起来很难到达“
你浓我浓”的境界。夏天常喝的木瓜牛乳，如果只是将木瓜切丁后放入牛奶中，最多可调
制为一盅上面飘着木瓜的牛奶，做不出木瓜与牛奶融为一体的样子。但如果用果汁机在牛
乳中打碎木瓜，就可以做出一盅浓稠可口的木瓜牛奶。究其原因在于先破坏了木瓜的组织
，才有机会和牛乳融合。人际沟通似乎也总是有一方愿意放掉一些坚持，接受对方的观点
后，再做一些调和，才容易达成共识。这种进退、消长的拿捏应该是调和的重点和智慧吧

1. 只有今天放假了才有空整理家里，做些断舍离的工作，清出许多过期的零食，用不
到的瓶、罐和盒子，使得先生昨天才清空的垃圾分类袋子，一下子又装满了。感恩先生很
有耐心地再度协助以媛清除，也算小有一些成果。
