今天蔡礼旭老师《细讲弟子规》提到，他因为欣赏一位读圣贤书又在传播圣贤教育的年轻
人，做了许多赞美；后来因为看到对方一些不甚恰当之处而给予温和的规劝时，对方却展
现出不悦的神情，使得老师不得不中断后面的规劝，以便维持和谐的关系。
最近安排一位求职者面谈，在初步沟通中就针对其专业和经验，说了一些赞美之词，表现
出想要见面的意愿。对方连续两次因为一些理由变更时间，这让以媛对其态度产生质疑。
听了蔡老师的内容，以媛突然醒悟，不该在不了解对方，甚至未见过面的状况下，就依据
一些求职平台的资讯给予好的评价。也因为不清楚对方的人格特质、气质与谈吐，这些好
的评价可能是溢美之词，而会让对方对以媛产生轻率之感；就算未来有缘共事，也可能造
成领导沟通上的障碍。“闻过怒 闻誉乐 损友来 益友却；闻誉恐 闻过欣 直谅士 渐相亲
”，这两段话充分说明一般人倾向有前者的表现，后者才是经过自觉和锻炼，陶冶而来的
修养。
