在做“爱与感恩”心法时，脑海中涌现一个意念，就是生活中不论顺逆都感恩，因为不论
好坏都其来有自，都与自己过去的种种作为和际遇有关，今生因缘成熟显现出来。既然如
此就坦然面对，该怎么做就怎么做，好好做，圆满做，不要再造新的恶业，心念就在一次
一次的生活境中逐渐净化，言行也能逐步调整归正。
做完心法赶紧记录下刚才的感受，内心觉得非常踏实、安住，有所依托。此时不禁在想，
太阳盛德导师要求学员每天做“心法潜修步骤一二三”及其他必要功课，真是用心良苦，
这的确是在红尘中最简单又不劳苦的修行方式，绝对可以培养笃实扎根的正知正见，而且
知行合一、内外兼具。“持之以恒，长期薰修，用心领受、彻底调整、诚恳修行”。要完
全遵从导师所言的修行原则，就看个人的决心和造化。每天在“做太阳灵验转运法”时，
就会仔细思考每一句话的意义，哪里尚未彻底调整。这种修行功夫考验人的心性，以媛告
诉自己坚持这个基本原则，老实如法实修。
01/23“太阳灵验转运法”第18轮第25日
1. 周振嘉教授因为自己在家做各种冷榨油，包含亚麻仁、黑芝麻、紫苏、南瓜子、黑
种草、木鳖果等，作为日常三餐的沾酱或早晚喝入少许，几个月下来充分改善胆固醇及血
糖等慢性疾病的指数，介绍太极拳班的同学们参考。也找到一家和学校研究专案有关的榨
油作坊，可以榨出较为大量的冷榨油，附上每种油品的营养成分和食用功效，非常感恩。
2. 年关将近，朋友圈中的饭局增多，在忙于公事、家事和超码事之余，其实没有多余
的心力和兴趣参加应酬。但是想到可以趁便广传超马，至少分享结缘书也是很好的时机，
随之转念非常感恩有此机会，可以一次集合许多对象广传爱与感恩的讯息。
