很久以前看过南怀瑾老师的文章，谈到很多佛门弟子诵经拜忏、吃素礼佛，满口佛语、一
身佛气，但是细查他的言行举止，却不是那么回事，人前人后两个样子。当时只觉得周围
的确有这样的人，在寺庙法会中熟悉各种仪轨，回到红尘生活仍然计较。
今天看到太阳盛德导师在八年前“全球网络共修课”上，以南师的文章谈真修行的意义，
并出版了五集的“谈真修行(一)南怀瑾老师文章解析”的音档，针对修行能否了悟、证道
，弄通宗教经典的要义并用在生活中，从而在天地运行里非常自然地摸索到天地间的规律
，徜徉在天地的爱里。非常珍贵。
以媛完整听完后也告诫自己不要犯同样的毛病。很多人求道若渴，饱读各类经典、论述，
到最后却更加迷茫，被修行工具压垮自己，自缚手脚。东西方的宗教门徒尝试用教门中的
“术语”来对话，甚至对于“教外人士”也以“行话”来互动，凸显其对于修行的精进，
表现出好像遵从教规，很有礼节，但是否真能落实在生活中成为知行合一，身口意合一之
人，就不得而知了。任何修行人若说的和做的不一样，因此而让教外之人产生疑惑并因此
未能升起向道之心，耽误了对方的慧命，就是罪过。
导师经常举济公活佛为例，表面上似乎没有遵从所谓的“戒律”去拘束自己，但因为真修
，悟通了，所行的每件事情都到位，禅味足，智慧够。如果满口佛话，满身佛气，假模假
样，人前人后所行之事大相迳庭，很难通过天地的拣选。以媛体悟到在任何宗教或身心灵
团体修行，要将经典、论述中的要义消化掉，用在生活中，否则熟悉仪轨，满口术语并能
引经据典，但在起心动念却背离教义，证悟程度浅薄，就远离了修行的正道。
很喜欢导师以最简单、直白的话来阐述修行，是调整生活，调整人生，调整心性。抓住每
个当下，每件事情都做对，就可以抓住永恒。抓住对的很重要，没办法抓住对的，就会在
未来一直处理那些当初做不对的人事物。那不对的会一直重复，可能在不同的空间或世代
，总会出现，还是要面对。这也提醒以媛时时、秒秒觉知、细修，以恭敬心看待每个人事
物。态度对了，足够用心，有助于提振能量，就容易做出对的判断和决定，做对的事情，
并且把事情做对，进入善的循环。
