要控制情绪和能量，随时保持在最佳状态，不是一件容易的事情。每天一早起来会先盘点
当天需要完成的事情，有些是例行的超码心法、心得撰写和《细讲弟子规》阅听，有些是
需要花大量精神思考的办公室事情，以及家事的处理。
今天周二是发书日，抽时间做完老板交办事情后，发觉结缘书和DM尚未完全整理好，赶着
出门和姐姐碰面前还想做瑜珈拉伸筋骨。看似众多的事情推叠起来，顿时感到颇有压力，
但随即转念告诉自己不要急，专心去一件一件地完成。
内心一笃定，压力全消。做事的顺序稍做调整后，到目前为止该做的事情竟然已经完成大
部分。身体奔波的疲累洗过澡后消除一空。现在可以感受到身心灵合一时的强大韧性，控
制了情绪就能相当程度蓄积能量，支持一天的活动所需。超码的训练和考验每天都在发生
，今天的成绩不错，可做夺标的自我奖赏。

1. 今天在街上发结缘书遇到几位特殊人物，只能说是太阳公公的安排，让有缘人相遇
。薛永定是位在台塑大楼上班的帅气年轻人，以媛刚出家门就遇到他中午饭后在门前巷子
散步，素昧平生但愿意停下脚步了解“拥有爱 幸福吉祥人间现”的节目和超码结缘书。
陈家虹是我们超码人在街上偶遇，非常兴奋，她也接引人参加演唱会，志同道合，感觉真
好。施博豪是一贯道亲，妻子接触超码并参加过几次演唱会活动，鼓励他全家参加现场演
唱会。遇到刚下课的癌病友，匆忙接下几本结缘书和DM离去，说应该很多癌病友同学需要
，留下电话给她，就看她能否掌握这次接上超码金线，可能从此远离癌病的难得机缘了。
这些巧遇看似偶然，并非偶然。
2. 感恩姐姐为了一瓶面霜特地平镇到台北交给以媛，舟车劳顿，让以媛非常心疼又感
动。但多一次机会共享丰盛午餐，再话家常，也是一大乐事。
