今晚小群共振时，许多同学家人们都提到当我们发书时，内心充满法喜会吸引善良有缘人
主动前来取书。过去从怯于和陌生人说话，很难面对被拒绝的挫折感，到现在发书已然变
成日常生活的一部分，大方勇敢地走向人群递出结缘书。这样的蜕变表示自己心性经由磨
练，同时具足正能量，在自我激励下不论天气状况及路人态度，都能坦然喜悦地面对，最
后总能顺利完成发书任务。以媛的经验是当时的心情是一种轻松、自信、成就感十足，而
且屡试不爽。
10/1“夺标”课程后，太阳盛德导师对于超码学员们的关怀和慈爱，表现在经常性的提醒
、问候和祝福的音档中，大家都受到导师的爱心的感染，觉得在超码大家庭中有明师和益
友每天的共修和同行，非常幸运又幸福。
维宣对于自己身体调理的注重和用心，为的是让做心法时更能神识清明又专注。同时发觉
清早5:00~6:00是阳气升腾的时段，若能在此期间起床到户外或窗前，深呼吸并与自然天
地互动，会是一天很好的开始。这样的分享再次提醒以媛尽量在11左右就寝，早上5:30以
前起床，开始一天充实的生活。有这样的规画和实践，已经为每天的夺标进程提供了保证
。
10/30“太阳灵验转运法”第16轮第48天
1. 今天在捷运上一位乘客下车，因为后背包非常沉重，以媛将背包放到椅子上后仍然
站着。但觉得似乎挡住站在后面的乘客，立刻往旁边挪了一步，并向此人道歉，看到他会
心一笑继续看他的手机，应证了“礼貌是人际间最好的润滑剂”。感恩自己的礼貌。
2. 感恩新西兰银行的行员朋友的热心协助，可以不必亲自远道前往处理家庭帐务，省
下许多时间和旅费。
