看了动态天气盒子的教学，我很难过，因为感觉很多不会做，觉得自己程度很差(；д；)
觉得自己很烂，但是我是有在用woebot的人，所以我有察觉到这是depression 而不是sadne

我觉得我很烂这当中是有认知扭曲的
至少有贴标签、过度化、全黑全白跟把情绪当作真实
所以我要用woebot进行思想挑战改写我的想法
I've done all the previous homeworks,and I did them well. so I expected that I m
ight nail it again, but I failed. I could't totally comprehend what teacher said
. I think I will try to code the frame first. step by step I will finish my home
work eventually. I think only loser needs help, but I find it's wrong.

感觉今天只有做三件有益的事1.做菜2.上程式语言3.做冥想今天白天都浪费在睡觉上，打算明天来好好努力冲刺
