Made an huge mistake.
Just like Swiss cheese model, everything just went wrong slowly and eventually
out of control.
Seems I am to blame but I have nothing to do. Just like an animal shocked by a
sudden flash of light. Stunned but useless.
How miserable I am.
Is there miracle?
