Today I can run 20 laps in the playground finally, but I was tired.
I never thought that I could run so many laps, when I first started running,
it was very reluctant to run ten laps. This shows that my physical strength
is indeed improving. It's not a waste of effort recently.
But I'm still a bit physically exhausted, I always like to force myself.
Excessive exercise is bad for the body, and violates the original purpose
of exercise. But I think as long as I can keep working hard, I can reach
my limit.
