有意重启“海选机制”，海选发言人的台北市长柯文哲，今在脸书上发出“we want you
”的海选征才文，强调要征用一名主任研究员，2名聘用研究员，1名约雇人员，薪水最高
每月5万8858元，最低也有3万1175元，呼吁大家“一起早起七点半开会”。

台北市长柯文哲近日再办海选，要招募包括北市府发言人、机要幕僚等5职务，九合一选
战时期的海选发言人蔡峻维则已经被前立法院长王金平挖角。王金平挑战初选除了顾及传
统支持者，空战方面也瞄准年轻族群，特别挖角台北市长柯文哲在九合一大选时浩大举办
海选的竞办发言人蔡峻维，想要筹组年轻团队，力拼坐上总统宝座。
柯文哲去年底九合一大选时大胆启用新人，竞办TEAM KP浩大举办海选招募幕僚。当时海
选光报名人数就高达千人、最终只有13人录取，录取率不到1%，柯办发言人宝座则由政大
毕业、25岁的蔡峻维出任。
蔡峻维在柯团队除了担任发言人外，也负责柯文哲跑遍全台的行动竞总园游会，以及柯粉
印象深刻、柯P化身“签唱歌手”的胜选感恩签唱会等活动策画。除了选战期间，选后也
无酬帮忙包含台中签书会、228一日双塔等多项活动，工作项目从活动发想、企划、筹备
、主持甚至到维安等。
据了解，王金平看中年轻人创意，也肯定蔡峻维在柯团队活动策划能力，这次借将他担任
新闻舆情组组长兼文宣活动组组长，盼能借重长才打造不一样的“王金平”。据透露，蔡
峻维在王金平团队内筹组的文宣部成员还有前柯幕僚，平均年龄在30岁以内，日后将负责
王金平的文宣、媒体联络及记者会等新闻事项，要透过年轻人的视野，舖稳王金平的总统
路。

paving his road to the incandescent future.

Who is 蔡峻维? I don't know... He has not done anything good enough to catch
