When you go to a restaurant, the chef should be answerable for the food he
gives.
Once you go to a clinic, the doctor shodld be countable to the the treatment he
provides.
It is so reasonable that I think none will put the question mark on that.
However, when did they take the duty?
I can say the food is like shit, and then the chef will make clear the
reason why I say so in order to take resposibilty.
I am also able to say that "Doctor! Your treament is like shit."
I believe the doctor will do the same thing as the chef does.
All the same, they don't have to do so on the ground that
