Shit! To eat too much snacks, I feel uncomfortable with my stomach.
Obviously I know that don't eat too much food at night,
or it would cause indigestion and lead to obesity.
I'm suffering from the stomach trouble deeply for a long time,
but I can't always resist temptation of the snacks and the delicacies.
They have large attractions that make me addicted,
and I can't control the desires, it really makes me crazy.

Recently my workload is less than previous days,
so I feel less pressure and have more time to do the unimportant things,
such as to sweep the floor, to organize the work notes,
to arrange the working materials, and so on.
Sometimes I learn to be lazy, this doesn't mean that I'm boring this job,
or I am a lazy man, I just want to relax myself.

没事做也是一种困扰,但总不比上老板烦忧该怎么分配工作要来得压力大。
没事做就做一些杂事杀时间,有时会偷懒一下,有时研究一下AUTOCAD。
真的没事做就去帮忙包装组的作业,今天尝试不擅长的包装和机台作业,
算是新鲜的体验。
就接触包装组的作业流程来说,可以感觉到自己承担的工作责任之重大,
也难怪薪水和地位比较高。但相对地必须要承担较复杂的工作,
而且也必须承担较多的压力。
在许多赶工作的时期,常常感受到莫名的压迫感,那是一种压缩时间所产生的压迫感,
直接压在心头上造成负担。这股压迫感有时候会导致失眠,造成恶性循环。
除了时间,也包括自己不能发生失误,同时要注重快狠准,工作效率、品质和省料功夫
要兼顾,缺一不可,算是不简单的工作。
能够忙里偷闲,或者没订单时可以放松一下,去接触自己平常未曾涉猎或不熟悉的领域,
去接触新的事物、学习新的经验,让自己能够成长精进。
也算是一种回馈吧。
