PostgreSQL连线错误如以下
Error讯息：connection refused (0x0000274D/10061)
目前pg_hba.conf 主要设定如下
# TYPE DATABASE USER ADDRESS METHOD

我目前有Google相同问题,但似乎帮忙不大,
