Future Finance and Healthcare Hackathon is a hackathon for showcasing the
emerging applications of analytics, AI, data science, and blockchain in the
Financial and Healthcare industries. Anyone who is zealous for future finance
and healthcare with brilliant ideas, progressive thinking, and active
practicing are welcome to participate!

This 54-hour hackathon will be held on June 15-17, 2018 prior to the 2018
INFORMS International Conference: A Better World through O.R., Analytics and
AI. Participants will have opportunities to build and then demo
innovation-driven applications in competition for more than USD10,000 in
front of OR, AI, analytics, and data science professionals in the world.
本次历时54小时的黑客松将于2018年6月15日至17日举行，在这之后会有由国际作业研究
及管理科学学会所主办之“2018年国际会议：通过OR、分析和人工智能，共创更美好的世
界”会议。参赛者将有机会在世界级的OR、人工智能、分析和数据科学专业人士面前，构
建并展示由创新驱动的应用成果，并获得超过16,000美元的奖励。

Objectives: Encourage technical and creative capacity, connecting all
participants for greater outcomes in Future Finance and Healthcare.
目标：激发技术和创意能力，让所有参赛者于未来金融和健康照护领域得到更大的收获。

Participants:R./analytics professionals, data scientists, idea generators,
business analysts, developers, students, aspiring entrepreneurs, or people
who are over 18 years old and interested in a hackathon challenge.
参赛资格： R语言 /分析专家、数据科学家、创意人、业务分析师、开发人员、学生、新
创企业家，以及18岁以上且对黑客松挑战感兴趣的所有人。
Awards:
Awards will be given for the top three finalists and one award of
participants
’ choice will be given.
Top two winners will receive awards of $10,000, $2,000, the third & fourth
place will both receive $1,000 USD, respectively. The top two winners of the
participants’ choice award will both receive $1,000 USD.
奖励办法：
奖励方式分为：在决赛中表现优异的前四名及由参赛者所共同选出的两组人气队伍。前两
名队伍将会分别获得10,000美元、2,000美元，第三及第四名分别获得1,000美元的奖励；
而由参赛者所共同选出的2组人气参赛队伍则将分别获得1,000美元奖励。
