Chelsea move for Jules Kounde currently off & not expected to resurrect
unless Sevilla reduce price. CFC thought verbal agreement in place on
fee but SevillaFC raised it by €15m. Barring late twist, Tuchel will go
with existing options @TheAthleticUK

Sevilla are playing hardball with Chelsea demanding bare minimum €65m for
Jules Kounde. €50m offer annoyed them. They also need to sign two CBs if
he goes. Similarly, Atletico Madrid want a pathway to earn €40m from
loaning Saul out
