Loan move for Maddox

Academy midfielder Jacob Maddox has today joined League Two side
Cheltenham Town on a season-long loan.
The 19-year-old embarks upon his first loan spell away from the club
having joined the Chelsea Academy from Bristol City as an Under-14.
A creative player, Maddox was an important part of our Under-19 side which
reached the UEFA Youth League final last season. He has won two FA Youth
Cups and one UEFA Youth League during his time at the club.
Maddox has also represented England across the younger age groups and
helped the Under-19s win the European Championships in 2017.
