You aren't particularly happy with some aspect of your life.
This is tiyr reality, though, you may be thinking to yourself.
You may not know how you got to where you are, but you have
more power to free yourself of a difficulty than you realize.
Just as you created your present reality to some degree with
your thoughts and your words and your actions,you have the
power to create something different and better. If you look
at it that way, and you embrace your power, you can make an
important change.
你对于你生活的某部分并不太满意，虽然你可能认为这就是现实。
也许你不了解你为何会走到这样的处境，但是你比你所认知的更具
有能量去从困境中释放自己。某种程度上正是你所想、你所说、你所做
造就了现况，你有能力可以让事情不同甚至更加美好。如果你用这种
方式去看待并且拥抱你的能量，那你将可以焕然一新。
