Acting probably looks easy. You get up in front of people or the camera
and speak the lines you have memorized. You show the appropriate emotions
and move accordingly. And then everyone applauds. But what we might not be
thinking about is the intensity of being under the spotlight and the
scrutiny you feel when everyone is looking at you. You might worry about
forgetting your lines or that you aren't doing something right. Someone
may be assuming that a job you are doing is simple and easy, Moonchild,
but you know there is far more to it. Don't be shy about sharing exactly
what you go through to get everything right. It will feel like vindication.
