When you are angry or upset with a close friend or family member, you may
say negative things about them out of frustration. And because of your
frustration, you may talk to anyone who will listen about how rotten that
person was to you. But then later on - especially if the issue becomes
better understood and forgiven - you might regret what you said. Before
that happens today, Moonchild, and before you say something regrettable,
give that person and situation the benefit of the doubt. Refrain from
harsh criticism, and you will be better off later on.
