Just because your day starts out in a frustrating way - whether it is
today or any other day - does not mean that the frustration has to
continue. We don't have to expect stress or tension to continue.
Sometimes, the choice is ours to make. We may not be able to control the
circumstances of our day, but we can control whether those circumstances
get to us or not. Peace is not an external thing, Moonchild. It is
something that springs from within. Keep that in mind.
