Someone may not believe that you are truly committed to a goal. Maybe you
take this person's attitude as a lack of faith in your ability to commit,
or in your ability to accomplish what you hope to do even if you do commit.
You could argue until the cows come home, Moonchild, but you probably won't
get anywhere just by arguing. If you really want this person to believe in you
and your commitment, then prove it by accomplishing what you have promised. That
is the best way to validate your promises.
