I really wanted to finish this game before leaving a review however I simply
couldn't bring myself to do so.
Art Is Rifle is a puzzle game in name only, as the "puzzles" boil down to
floundering around trying to find the correct angle with which to shoot,
usually devolving into aiming in roughly the right direction and abusing LMB
until the puzzle is solved. The "psychedelic art style" is relatively basic,
blocks changing colour in response to the players bullets hitting them isn't
exactly groundbreaking, and the puzzles with the "twist" of having changed
visuals are more frustrating and annoying than actually challenging in any
meaningful way. Towards the later half of the game the tedium really starts
to wear in, and you'll realise that you aren't actually solving any puzzles,
just simply filling out a to-do list.
TLDR: Go play Antichamber again, this isn't that.
