Customers logging in using their email address
・You will still be able to log in to the hololive production OFFICIAL SHOP
using your existing email address and password. In such cases, please input

Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Shop Pay options.
・You will be issued a hololive Account the first time you log in.
・To comply with international laws and regulations, customers who have not
registered their date of birth and country/region of residence will be
prompted to do so.
・The URL for the login page will change; please update any bookmarks that
contain the old URL.
Customers logging in using their Shop ID
・The current screen will no longer be displayed, and you will need to log in
using the new login screen. You may also log in using the Sign in with Shop
Pay button.

customers currently using PayPal choose another method of payment.
・Shipping information registered with Shop Pay and/or PayPal will no longer
be accepted. The address registered under your official SHOP membership
information will be your shipping address, so please check your information
before making any purchases.
・You can check your registered shipping address for Shop Pay and PayPal at
