[问题] OVERWATCH商标的问题

比较知名的商标争议是 Word Mark ｢OVERWATCH｣字样
已经在 2013/09/05 被另一家游戏公司申请
商品描述是｢Downloadable computer game｣

媒体有报导 Blizzard 成功取得这个商标的使用权
所以被更新成了这个

但我关心的不是文字商标，而是图样商标
一直觉得斗阵特攻的商标很眼熟，设计特征好像在哪里看过
｢倒三角形的图样和上半矩形缺口的圆形组成的觇孔｣
然后终于找到了

和 Overwatch 的 image trademark 做个比较

好像有点像又有点不像
Goods and Services的确有重叠，假设双方都认为对方侵权

你可以去看一下商标法 有很多层概念 不是一眼看穿的

那个商标旁边还有字耶，图拉出来单独比较也不见得近似

圈圈内一个人字 我觉得跟奔驰的商标比较像
