2016年6月28日星期二，上午08:45-09:30之间，在台北市大安区忠孝东路四段177-179号（东区），Swatch店前面，神旺饭店斜对面，往西的方向（光复南路往敦化南路方向），第二线道内线，车号MGF-8096 光阳(KYMCO)机车被撞，肇事者逃逸，由于车祸地点是监视器死角，无法得知肇事车辆之车牌号码。故 恳请，如上述时间经过此路段之民众，拍摄到事故画面者，提供肇事车辆车牌号码、画面以及时间。
