先简单说明汉萨同盟的玩家动作与流程
(部分翻译内容可能不太一样，请自行对照)
玩家一回合中可执行数个行动，行动一共有五种：
1. 招募商人/大商人
2. 摆商人/大商人
3. 踢人
4. 移动商人/大商人
5. 宣告建立路线
5-a 得分
5-b 拿取奖赏标记
5-c 建立办公室 / 技能提升 / 或特殊记分 (基本版的 Coellen 和 Warburg 路段)

d) +1 Skill: I use the marker to improve the Privilegium skill and
establish an office in the route I claimed that requires that privilegium.
NOT ALLOWED (part of the same action)

当然，如果你的 +1 技能是用在其他不会影响该次行动的技能 (如提升钥匙)
