蓝色星星代表，苏联使用时，美国会强制发动事件。

如果是这样，不是不用写“如果美方…可打出此牌…”

目前英文原文： If the US is ahead on the Space Race Track, the US player uses this Event to look through the discard pile, pick any 1 non-scoring cardand play it immediately as an Event.原本是写 If the US ……, play this card to……，本来语意就有点不清楚，经过中文翻译就有了落差，冷战没有新版中文，有问题最好查最新的英文勘误
