职缺三: Analytical Scientist
Responsibility:
1. Perform LC-MS/MS analysis of peptides and proteins.
2. Apply advanced Waters LC-MS systems to analyze native and processed
therapeutic proteins using both intact- and peptide-level approaches.
3. Support LC-MS characterization requirements from other departments
including process development and manufacturing.
4. Develop advanced LC-MS methods for characterization of structural
properties such as site-specific glycosylation, glycation and disulfide
bond linkages.
5. Help maintain LC-MS systems and troubleshoot problems independently.
6. Participate with others in evaluations of methods or technologies;
contribute to new assay methods.
7. Proficient in analytical methodologies like LC, IC, CE, CD and so on.
8. Perform moderate data analysis and trending; knowledge of GMP is acknowledged.
9. Perform routine equipment maintenance and calibration; maintain
equipment logs according to good documentation practice.
10. Perform peer review of procedures.
11. Work on a variety of problems of moderate scope.
Education and Experiences requirements
Master's degree in a scientific discipline with 2+ years experience in
analytical or quality control systems, or PhD's degree with 1+ years
experience. Familiar with LC/MS/MS, CD, DSC, DLS and so on physicochemical
analytical tool. Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to work effectively across departments.
职缺四: Cell line Sr. Scientist
Responsibility:
1. Lead, drive and execute cell line development project under minimal
supervision.
2. Strong sense in timeline management of cell line development
3. Document the detailed history of cell line development
4. Write final reports and provide all supports related to cell line
development on IND filing
5. Responsible for external and internal audit (project-specific)
6. Coordinate internal and external resources to support smooth operation
of cell line lab
7. Take the lead on collaborating R&D/CMO projects with internal and
external parties
Education and Experiences requirements
1. PhD in Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cell biology, Molecular Biology,
ProteinChemistry or related fields. 3 ~ 5 years of industrial experiences
in development of production cell line,
2. or BS/MS degree with 6 ~ 10 years experiences which intensively involved
in commercial production cell line development.
3. Hands-on experiences in molecular cloning, cell culture, single cell
cloning, cell isolating technologies, imaging system operating, protein
expression and protein characterization.
4. Have work experiences in GMP/GLP/GLP-like environment is highly desirable.
5. Supervisory experiences in cell line development is highly desirable.
