对于塑胶柔珠的议题持续了一阵子
虽然很早就知道有这件事，但最近才有仔细去注意自己在用的产品。
透过3月份左右有一篇文提到kiehl's有产品含有塑胶柔珠。
发现自己身边也有一罐。
但说真的自己其实满喜欢kiehl's的产品
对于主打天然的品牌出现这样的事情也是觉得满可惜
然后就决定寄信跟kiehl's说这件事（寄出去后自己也有点惊吓自己的行动力XD)
台湾的契尔氏似乎没有可以联络的官方email还是什么
所以我就写信给美国的kiehl's了！！！！
内容大概就是说
我不会再使用有柔珠的产品，相信除了台湾以外很多地方也都在积极的处理这个议题。
希望kiehl's也能针对有塑胶柔珠的产品做一点行动这样。
以下是今天刚收到的回信(非专业翻译欢迎网友指正）

The occurrence and persistence of plastic debris in the marine environment
and waterways is a subject of concern for L’Oréal and for our consumers.
When L’Oréal was first made aware of a possible issue concerning the
environmental impact of plastic microbeads used as exfoliating agents in its
rinsed off products, L’Oréal decided to gradually phase them out.
Since 2013, our R&I team have been working on reformulating our products,
exploring many different alternative solutions, as one solution is not
responding to the various types of exfoliations and textures our consumers
expect from our products. For example, we can use minerals like clays and
perlite, powder of fruits kernels and some natural waxes, either alone or in
association.
L’Oréal has made significant progress since its commitment was published.
At present, 80% reformulation has been completed and 100% of our rinsed off
products will be reformulated by the end of 2016, ahead of our forecasts.

对于莱雅与我们的顾客来说塑胶遗留物对于海洋环境的影响是一项令人担心的事情。
当莱雅发现用于去角质霜中的塑胶柔珠会对环境造成影响后
我们便决定阶段性的排除这些产品。
从2013开始我们的团队便致力于重新研究产品配方，开发众多不同的解决方案。
其解决方案并非研发各种不同型态的去角质霜。
而是，例如使用像是泥土、珍珠岩、果仁颗粒与其他天然的蜡状物等，
单独或是混合使用。
莱雅对于这项承诺有显著的进展。目前为止更新配方已经完成80%
并且将在2016年底完成所有配方的更新。这已经超前了我们的预想。
还满高兴kiehl's对于这个议题正在着手进行。
所以想与各位分享这份消息。
希望在变美的同时也能不危害周边的环境与生物。
