His bonus structure includes a $200,000 bonus for winning the College World Seri
es. He would receive $160,000 for reaching the CWS finals, $140,000 for reaching
the CWS, $100,000 for making a super regional, $60,000 for hosing a regional an
d $40,000 for appearing in a regional.

Elander would receive $80,000 for winning either the SEC regular-season title or
the SEC Tournament title. He gets $20,000 for reaching the SEC Tournament.
