WBC Player Eligibility
1.The player previously appeared on a Federation team's final roster
at the start of either a WBC Qualifier or Tournament Round; or
2.The player is a citizen of the Federation Team's country or
territory, as evidenced by a valid passport the player holds as of
three months prior to the start of the Qualifying Round; or
3.The player is currently a permanent legal resident of the Federation
Team's country or territory, as evidenced by documentation
satisfactory to WBCI and the WBSC, or
4.The player was born in the Federation Team's country or territory,
as evidenced by a birth certificate or its equivalent; or
5.The player has at least one parent who is, or if deceased was, a
citizen of the Federation Team's country or territory, as evidenced
by a passport or other documentation satisfactory to WBCI and the
WBSC; or
6.The player has at least one parent who was born in the Federation
Team's country or territory, as evidenced by a birth certificate or
its equivalent; or
7.The player presents documentary evidence satisfactory to WBCI that
he would be granted citizenship or a passport in due course under the
laws of the Federation Team's country or territory (excluding any
requirement of the Federation Team's country that the player would
need to renounce his current citizenship), if he were to apply for
such citizenship or passport.

1.球员在之前的资格赛或正赛开始时为协会最终名单成员
2.球员为协会所属国家或地区公民，持有资格赛开始前三个月的有效护照证明
3.球员为协会所属国家或地区永久合法居民，持有WBCI及WBSC认可的证明文件
4.球员出生在协会所属国家或地区，有出生证明或同等证明
5.球员之父母其一(含已殁)为协会所属国家或地区公民，持有护照或
其他WBCI及WBSC认可的证明文件
6.球员之父母其一出生在协会所属国家或地区，有出生证明或同等证明
7.球员出示文件证明，依据协会所属国家或地区之法律，
他提出申请即可经适当程序获得该国公民身份或护照，经WBCI认可
(不包括需先放弃现有国籍之要求)

经典赛比较麻烦的是双重国籍

不麻烦、看你想选哪一个国家出赛都可以、如果两队都要你的话

有什么麻烦？都这么宽松随便的规则了

根本松到只要血缘沾到一点关系 想打就能打吧

不难吧 重点还是棒协要去谈

真的什么都能酸，明明规定就是可以找在那边喊蹭，照他们标准以色列整队都是蹭来的：）

双重国籍最不麻烦了有护照更方便 还不用讨证明没护照的还要搞出生证明啥的

但是找美国人来打有什么好处？证明台湾人自己不行？

大联盟等级的不找不然是要找谁？

台湾的棒球就真的没那么行

跟足球差不多，只要你有血统关系就看你要去哪边

提供机会给需要舞台跟话题的球员 蛮好的

反正台湾人最爱赢球了啊，管他是靠蹭来的血统队还是中职旅外联队，能赢球才是一切不是吗：）

中华队WBC过往成绩的确是相当普通，如果有机会更强当然没必要坚持全本土

拿足球比也差太多，足球国内根本没有职业联赛

台湾前四届的表现不只普通吧..24小时淘汰和谁在一垒光这种表现就跟现在的世排差很多了..

全本土就是跟中国那种业余的一样，被当靶来笑而已

过往成绩很烂吧，顶多就2013好一点而已尤其是2009根本废到哭 24小时回家洗洗睡
