Hey y'all! I figured I'd give y'all a statement since it's that time of
the year again. My family and I put the HOF in the rear view mirror ten years
ago. I didn’t play baseball to get into the HOF. I played to make a
generational difference in the lives of my family.
嗨大家! 又到了每年这个时候 (意指名人堂公布的季节)，我觉得我需要发表个声名。
从10年前开始，我和我的家人就已经把进名人堂这件事放在脑后，我不是为了要进名人
堂而打棒球，而是希望打球来改变我家人的生活。
Then focus on winning championships while giving back to my community and the
fans as well. It was my passion. I gave it all I had, the right way, for my
family and for the fans who supported me. I am grateful for that support. I
would like to thank those who took the time to look at the facts and vote for
me.
其次重要的是拿下冠军，同时也能回馈这个社会和支持我的球迷。打球是我的热情所在，
我用我认为正确的方式付出了一切，这些都是为了我的家人还有支持我的球迷。
真的非常感谢大家对我的支持，我要向那些花时间在追求事实和投票给我的人说声谢谢。
