In human, researcher has observed that the Y-chromosome-bearing spermatozoa

different pH to check the enrichment of either X- or Y-chromosome-bearing
spermatozoa in the respective fraction. However, we could not find any
significant skewness in X- and Y-chromosome-bearing sperm population.
