当初上面写10个工作天
10个工作天后写信给客服，客服说这个颜色缺货 问我要不要换颜色
这个颜色要到10月上旬才会到货
想一想之后不换

不太懂交货处理是货物到那边了还是已经寄出
目前都还没收到任何状态更新
写信给客服千遍一律的回信说感谢您的来信
然后后面接is to 01.11.2016
这是....他写错年份吗= =? 是指2017.01.11会到吗?

然后又有别封来信是这样写
预产期是11/24 是否该写信过去说干脆换颜色好了= =
