我现在正就读两年口笔译科系，目前结束第一年(PG)课程
分数可以上第二年MA课程，正在等UNCON跟新CAS
但我第一年BRP(T4签)到期日是2018/8/29，但开课日是2018/10/4
我的大陆同学寄给学校签证事务处，校方回复开学日需在签证到期日
28天内，所以要回母国办理。
援引法规如下
Students applying from inside the UK 129.
If you are applying to continue
your studies in the UK, your new course must start within 28 days of the
expiry of your permission to stay or, if you overstayed, within 28 days of
when that period of overstaying began.
所以我要回台湾办了吗? 还是台陆有差?版上大大是否也遇过同样问题?
另外一问，此前台籍学姊第一年的BRP期限给到09/22，
为什今年给到8/29，整整快少一个月?
