拖到最后一天死线才完成IC的线上面试
刚刚结束了面试，所以趁记忆犹新来分享一下
线上面试由第三方平台Kira负责
题目都已经由学校的Senior Admin预录好影片
题目总共五题，第四题为写作打字输入
每一题有30秒时间准备，1分钟回答
写作则有五分钟时间让你打字～
以下为我遇到的问题：
Q1 Tell me what’s your greatest achievement? What have you learned yourself a
s the result?
Q2 You are leading a team which members are with different personalities and o
bjectives. How will you adapt your approach to give the best out of members? (
这边有点记不太清楚，但大意就是问你要如何领导不同个性背景的人）
Q3 Outside of the classroom, tell me about a time when you’ve accomplished a
goal as part of a team. What did you learn from the experience?
Q4 书信写作。你的导师介绍一位CEO给你认识，而他的公司刚好是你很想进去工作的。试
著写一封email 草稿给CEO，邀请他喝咖啡进一步介绍你自己。250字
Q5 How can you measure the success of a marketing campaign?
题目前一两题还算有准备到，后面几题完全临场发挥哈哈，希望可以帮助到一样需要面试
的人：）
顺便简单说一下申请时程：
我 12/27 送完申请，1/12收到面试通知，要求1/25前完成面试。
接下来就只能继续等个好几周了QQ
