在查询学校资讯的时候看到有些学校显示下列资讯

Admissions Team at our address, or send the reference plus reference form to
you if they are happy to provide you with an open reference. You may then
upload the reference letters online initially and send us the original hard
copy only if you are made an offer of a place to study here.
大概是说教授如果无法帮你寄或上传的话
可以经过教授同意后自己上传
但要上传reference和reference form
学校有提供reference form的档案
