伦敦Angel区域的房子，寻找七月初能进住的楼友！

这是一间one bed room flat，出租的房间是原本的客厅，
因为有独立的房门所以改成一间大寝室，空间很宽敞，
适合professional或young couple。
房子在Angel 和Highbury & Islington地铁站中间。附近公共汽车站是islington town hall
和 cross street (走路约3~5分钟)
Angel这边生活机能好，有超市(Waitrose, tesco, sainsbury)也有传统市场；交通便利
（很多公共汽车到UCL）。
希望能找到长租一至少年的楼友，不抽烟。
房租810 /per month (Bill excluded, council tax may apply)。

Looking for flatmate from July 2014 onwards.
The flat is located just behind Islington Town Hall on Upper Street, with
excellent transportation links with less than 1 minute to the nearest bus
stops. The nearest tube stations are Highbury & Islington (approx 5 mins
walk) and Angel (approx 10 mins walk).
The area is great to live in as you have easy access to several supermarkets
(including a Chinese one 10 mins away) and also plenty of restaurants.
The flat is a one bed flat where the living room has been converted into a
second bedroom. You will be sharing the flat with me (girl working in canary
wharf). I am looking for someone to take over the room for at least 1 year,
non smoker and no pets.
The rent is 810 per month (excluding bills).
