机器似乎没有正确地把mp4档头写好（不确定）。
利用 ffmpeg 强制指定 audio codec 并且不重新编码转成 mkv：
ffmpeg -c:a pcm_s16le -i input.avi -c:a copy -c:v copy output.mkv
可以成功修复。
方便的话，把这家机器写出来大家避个雷。
